Inspired by Pliny the Elder’s (Roman Scholar) description of Emerald in his book, Natural History, published in the 1st century AD as “…nothing greens greener”, we couldn’t think of a better name for our Old Emerald Tumble Necklace. We call it old for so many reasons. And for the oldest and one of the most precious gems in the world, it’s nothing more than a treasure.

Having held at a pedestal where it was and is one of the most valued and valuable of gems, getting hold of the perfect rock to create a tumble that resembled with the others was a task. Taking more than a decade to put together each stone to create this masterpiece was the test of our patience.

What adds to the beauty of this gorgeous piece is its colour. Described as the pure, transparent grass green, it is now the rarest and has always been the most valuable of Emeralds. Each stone has been crafted to perfection to create what is beyond beautiful.
